What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Specialist position at Theragen?
Neurotech NA inc, the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distribution subsidiary of Theragen Inc., is looking to add an Order Fulfillment Specialist to our team of customer focused individuals.
In this role you would be working within our Customer Experience team to provide "VIP Customer Care" through the timely and accurate distribution of medical devices to patients and sales representatives. This is not a warehouse role - it is an office-based role where a high-degree of professionalism is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Provide VIP Customer Care through the timely and accurate delivery of medical devices to patients and sales representatives. Enter orders for shipment from 3PL distribution center. Work with 3PL to ensure timely fulfillment of orders, selection of appropriate ship methods and timely receipt of tracking and serial number information.
2) Communicate status of shipments / provide tracking information for all outbound shipments to recipients / order requestors.
3) Log serial numbers in the Company’s Brightree order & inventory management system and ensure full traceability of serials from 3PL to rep / patient.
4) Monitor and maintain inventory levels at rep locations in line with agreed levels. Suggest changes to levels in line with territory growth expectations. Provide monthly reports to management.
5) Process supply order requests in the Company’s Brightree system.
6) Pick, pack & ship orders to patients as needed from the Company’s office location.
7) Coordinate inventory and patient returns. Log receipt of returned devices at the 3PL in the Brightree system.
8) Monitor and report on agreed 3PL KPI’s including on-time shipping & delivery, pick accuracy, timeliness of returns processing.
9) Work closely with Sr. Supply Chain Manager to ensure availability of inventory for shipments and effective management of 3PL distribution center.
10) Perform special projects as identified to promote delivery of VIP Customer Care and Operational Excellence throughout the organization.
11) Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the Company’s compliance with all local and national regulatory requirements – including but not limited to HIPAA, HQAA/Medicare, FDA and any other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, General Studies, Supply Chain/Operations
3-5 years’ experience in Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain roles.
