The Recruiting & Marketing Specialist's purpose is to:
Seek and establish an employment contract with professionals who are qualified and fulfill a need in the company so TheraTree may fulfill its purpose of growing minds, bodies, and spirits. (Includes: Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Behavioral Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and supporting administrative staff)
To create a steady flow of referrals and make the good works of our company/staff known through building relationships and excellent communication with referring physician offices and community partners.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting & Marketing Specialist:
- Recruiting: Primary Responsibility
Designing promotion for job openings including: visual graphics, job advertisements, update job descriptions for optimal SEO
Assist the practices with candidate sourcing in ever evolving market
Handle career fair registration, coordination, and support
Constant communication with universities with therapy programs.
Keep job posting fresh and up to date for optional hiring efforts
Update and maintain the use of the ATS with candidate information and directly correctly
Scheduling interviews, calls, and working directly with candidates
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, email, text messaging.
Ability to conduct well-constructed screenings with prospective candidates
Debrief managers conducting interviews on candidates and key questions to ask for hiring success.
Assist with new hire on-boarding for support staff positions including drafting offer letters, new hire paperwork, and being the point of contact
Identify useful key trends to improve the onboarding experience
Support and implement employee engagement activities (welcoming new team members, tracking promotions/employee referrals, and acknowledging work anniversaries)
Directly support the Human Resources Manager
- Marketing: Secondary Responsibility (as time allows)
Ensures company branding matches across all platforms.
Develop and execute cutting edge ideas to help grow the company in areas needed.
Support Marketing Manager in promotional activities.
Captures and shares success stories of staff and clients alike with the community.
Complete communications with referral sources in the communicate as assigned by Marketing Manager
Design promotional graphics and post in digital platforms such as social media, website, or print material.
Attend promotional events as staffed by the Marketing Manager
Marketing participation may grow and evolve as needed. This position may turn into a Full-Time hiring OR marketing position overtime based on candidates interests and company needs (instead of split between two areas).

Ability to listen to the wants and needs of others such that it's reflected in our marketing and company branding.
Detail oriented for correct communication out.
Experience with company branding
Ability to create appealing and effective graphics using Canva.
Experience with using social media platforms such as LinkedIn. facebook, instagram, twitter, google my business, YouTube, Pinterest.
Ability to use technology for communication and scheduling purposes with ease such as zoom, email, EMR.
Communicates scheduling clearly through written and verbal skills with reminders.
Ability to review and analyze statistics to forecast hiring needs.
Able to prioritize hiring needs and adjust promotions based on current staffing and referral demands.
Management communications to provide lightening fast responses.
Willingness to travel within areas served during the work week and out of state for recruiting events.
Wants to work in a caring environment and also be held accountable for production.
Desire to learn the required work credentials and pathway for credentials for all clinicians the company employees.
Loves contributing to a child and family's success through find the best therapist for their needs!
