Job Title: CT TechnologistJob Summary: The CT Technologist is responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes.Responsibilities and Duties:- Conducting CT scans in accordance with established protocols and procedures- Positioning patients properly to obtain the best possible images- Operating and maintaining CT equipment- Monitoring patients during scans to ensure their safety and comfort- Assessing images for quality and communicating any concerns to radiologists or physicians- Maintaining patient records and documentation- Assisting with patient education and answering any questions or concernsQualifications and Skills:- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field- ARRT certification in CT- State licensure or certification as required- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities#CTTechnologist #RadiologicTechnology #MedicalImaging #HealthcareJobs #DiagnosticImaging #CTScans #PatientCare #Radiology #HealthcareProfessional #ARRTCertification #CTEquipment #Anatomy #Physiology #MedicalTerminology #PatientSafety #JobOpportunity #USJobs
