SUMMARY
Havtech is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing strategies that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, and customer engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
- Oversee marketing strategies and efforts to the strengthen company's market position and achieve desired business goals.
- Evolve brand strategy with new acquisitions and strategic alliances.
- Develop branding, marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns, including design, production, and measurement of effectiveness.
- Plans and oversees development, production and distribution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, recruitment, and signage to meet the critical priorities of the local markets and businesses.
- Analyze marketing promotions and campaigns to adjust strategy and tactics for increased effectiveness.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborates and oversees execution of customer focused events.
- Work closely with the sales leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Build long term relationships with associates and key stakeholders with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS include the following.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Have 10 years of Marketing and Sales management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales, and business development.
- Knowledge and experience in the HVAC/Construction industry highly preferred.
- Must have basic PC experience in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Web-enabled applications and database software and intermediate level experience with Excel.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and professional presentation skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet competing deadlines.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
