JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
The Accountant IV will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. They will provide reporting and analysis to management at both the plant and corporate level.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the company values, vision, and mission.
- Support development and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monthly reconciliation of all the balance sheet accounts
- Review PL accounts to ensure correct postings.
- Sales tax compliance
- Record payroll entries and month end adjustments
- Inventory control
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Complete bank and account reconciliations
- Support the annual financial audit working with auditors
- Assist the CFO and Controller of the platform.
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff
- Uphold the quality policy.
- Follows safety requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- Five years or more of related experience required in a manufacturing environment.
- CPA designation highly preferred
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and highly accurate math and accounting skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, databases, and logic formulas).

This is a Full-Time Salary position required to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
