ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME
Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Would you like to work in a resort setting? Do you have a high level of clerical/admin/accounting skills and at least two years experience working in a professional, busy office?
Thesman Communities (thesman.com), an upscale property management company is seeking an Energetic and Organized Administrative Assistant for busy front office. This is a 3 day per week position. Schedule is Monday/Tuesday/Friday and fill in as needed.

Responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties:
- General Office Work, Phones, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Residence Assistance.
- Assist in Rent Collection and Billing
- Conduct New Resident Orientation
- Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Organized and resourceful
- Ability to work well with diverse personalities and talents
- Outstanding personality with enthusiasm for achieving goals and providing excellent customer service
