Job Details
The IT Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Client's IT and Network Infrastructure, which currently includes:
- 70 desktops/laptops
- 6 Servers
- 2 Central Offices
- 6 Remote Offices
- Cisco Meraki VPN Wide Area Network
The IT Manager will also oversee our current IT service provider.
IT Manager Skills
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in hands-on management of Microsoft client/server technology and network architecture.
- In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity.
- Experience with software development and database management in a Microsoft Environment a plus.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills.
- Strong sense of Customer service using well developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
IT Manager Responsibilities
The IT Manager will be responsible for building a team to manage the following:
- Setup of all IT Systems.
- Help Desk and User Support.
- Maintenance and Updates of all IT Systems and Phone Systems
- Hardware Inventory Tracking
- Software Licensing Tracking and Management
- Cyber Security Management (VPN, Antivirus, Email Filters, and Cyber Security Training)
- Server Management (Windows Server on VMWare)
- Desktop/Laptop Management (Windows and Apple OS)
- Solid experience in IT Software Management and Administration of the following:
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Windows and Apple Desktops OS
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Ring Central
- Business System administration with experience in the following Systems a plus:
- Loan Servicing Soft
- HubSpot
- Quickbooks
- Backup and Recovery for all on-premises databases and files
- IT Outage Management recovery and restoration
- Remote Office Setup and Management
- New IT Systems Procurement and Rollout
- Team member hiring per approved plans
- Team member performance management
- Selection and oversight of external IT service providers
- Managing IT expenses within approved budgets.
