Overview:

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company also maintains primary regional offices in Australia, Singapore, Brazil, and Scotland, with local offices in other countries as required to support operations.
Responsibilities:
The Manager of PMO & Compliance will report to the Chief Information Officer, and will be responsible for managing the process methods, practices, and controls necessary to plan, manage, and execute IT project work. As the PMO & Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
The Manager of PMO & Compliance may:
• Define, execute, and monitor IT projects and change management standards and processes, incorporating common system development lifecycle methods.
• Development and management of project business cases, resource allocations, project inter-dependencies, project QA and project status reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication between the IT department and business units. (domestic/international)
• Manage and implement the full cycle of project management activities, including initialization, planning, scheduling, resource allocations, and budgeting.
• Oversee all vendors and third-party service providers involved in assigned projects.
• Develop, maintain, and provide training on project management tools to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio of IT projects and initiatives.
• Manage IT's compliance requirements, including facilitating IT's annual risk assessment, SOX/ITcontrols, policies, standards and procedures, and related documentation.
• Liaise with Internal/External Audit teams, IT, and business units globally to manage annual SOX compliance and similar processes.
• Assist the Chief Information Officer in the governance of IT by contributing to the formulation of technology and automation strategies that align with the company's business strategies.
• Participate fully in all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or computer-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 2 years of experience with project management and system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT SOX compliance efforts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing change management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey business and technology direction to all levels of management.
• Strong leadership skills in program and project management, encompassing planning and execution, with the ability to assess risks and identify/resolve issues quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, and PMO methods and processes.
• Prior experience working within a global company, collaborating across major geographic regions.
