Think Consulting is actively seeking a SQL Report Developer to join a leading non-profit based in Baltimore, 100% remote. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

6 month- Contract to Hire
US Citizenship or GC Required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, document, and deliver operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Translate business requirements into report specifications.
  • Test and validate reports for accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement stored procedures using T-SQL.
  • Troubleshoot and correct report defects and anomalies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SQL/report development.
  • 2-4 years of experience with relational databases.
  • Expertise in building complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for providing reporting support and guidance.
