Digital Marketing Strategist

Third Wave Digital, located an hour south of Atlanta in Macon, Georgia, is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our full-service Creative Agency. This full-time position will have the primary responsibility of preparing, executing, and monitoring digital media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Development

• Work with team to identify third party vendors for any digital placement not placed in house.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and propose new ideas to the team.
• Conduct quarterly educational session to improve team knowledge and confidence with digital solutions.
• Work with team to create and present proposed strategies to new and existing clients.
• Occasionally participate in conferences and tradeshows as exhibitors and/or presenters.

Technical

• Create, execute, maintain, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing analytics related to campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to impact KPIs.
• Properly identify the digital strategies and channels needed to achieve client’s desired goals, i.e. Traffic, Awareness, Lead Generation.
• Create and review monthly analytic campaign reports with clients.
• Conduct market research and identify target marketing audience for each campaign.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Must have a minimum 2 years of digital marketing and technical expertise on the leading digital platforms.
• Must have technical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads to include GA4 and tracking pixels

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR HYBRID WORK CANDIDATES

• Must possess 4 years of digital marketing and technical expertise on the leading digital platforms.
• Must work onsite for an initial four-week onboarding period.
• Must attend in-person interview at Macon, GA office prior to receiving an offer.*
• If hired, must work onsite at the Macon, GA office one day each week.*

*Candidate is responsible for all transportation costs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with other platforms such as Twitch, OTT, Snapchat, etc. is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, website CMS platforms, social media platforms and SEO tactics
• Proficiency with writing and creating ad copy
• Strong project organizational skills to plan and monitor individual campaigns.
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
