What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual merchandiser position at ThirdChannel?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms
- Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, while building meaningful relationships
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- An authenticity for living an active lifestyle
- A passion for the Brooks apparel brand and quality of their products
- Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a keen eye for merchandising details
- Communication, active listening and empathy are key. Visual Merchandisers must be articulate and friendly
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position
- Starting at $21 / hour- location and prior experience dependent
- Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management
- Monthly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills
- Build merchandising, inventory and customer service experience

- Immediate start date upon completion of ThirdChannel / Brooks onboarding process
- Must have a smart device with internet access (Android users must have version 7.0 or above)
