Must be friendly, outgoing and welcoming to build regular clientele and thrive in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill combines warm and inviting environment with an eclectic menu featuring a variety of multi cultural cuisines and from-scratch cooking with a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors. Servers are a critical step in ensuring every Guest feels welcome and has a quality experience in food, service, atmosphere and facility.
At the bar, a wide range of local craft beers are available and cocktails are crafted with fresh fruit purees, juices, and premium liquors, while wines come in 25 varieties. Enjoy a craft brew and meal while watching the game on one of the flat screens amidst an open kitchen, central bar and a patio that soaks up the sun.

Thirsty Lion was established in Portland Oregon and currently has 9 locations in Oregon, Arizona, Colorado and Texas with plans to continue growth in Texas and nationwide.
