Promoting physician best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting that customer experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine physician to see patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

We are currently building our medical advisory team. As we grow, we're looking for an expert in Sleep Conditions to drive superior outcomes by optimizing the care experience for our patients. Responsibilities of the Sleep Specialist vary, but are expected to 20-40 hours a week based on availability.
This position is remote and reports to the KMG medical group President.

Some things you will work on:
- Review and interpret HSAT results and support prescription through CPAP and OAT as appropriate
- Consult and treat patients experiencing chronic medical conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plan, as appropriate
- Work with customer service when patient requests require operational support
- Answer patient messages and adapt their treatment plans, as appropriate
- Provide feedback about opportunities to improve quality of care and operational processes
- Partner with NewCo team to explore opportunities to advance clinical findings for NewCo’s virtual sleep clinic model, product offerings and care pathways
- Review the occasional educational content piece for the NewCo’s website to ensure clinical accuracy
You should have:
- MD/DO with ABSM Board Certification in Sleep Medicine
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
- Multiple state licenses preferred in an IMLC state; willingness to pursue additional licenses
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- Fluency in Spanish both (both written and spoken) a plus
