Must be able to work Nights and Weekends
Be able to pass a background check, drug test and go through E-Verify
What you should have:
- Previous cooking / culinary experience (willing to teach) - Breakfast experience is highly desirable
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Follow café guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance and equipment/space cleaning, requirements at all time.
- Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafe's recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent knife skills
- Attention to detail, cleanliness
- Positive attitude
What you would do:
Cooks work in stations during meal service, cooking food to order and serving directly to the dining audience. As customer service is an integral part of the job, applicants must be professional in appearance and discourse. Prepping and cleaning for morning shift and night shift is expected.
