Thomas Do It Center is looking for Cashiers to join our team! We are a family owned and operated lumber/retail in Point Pleasant, WV. We are looking for a team player who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to maintain excellent attendance, including being on time.
- Greet customers.
- Light general cleaning (dust shelves, vacuum rugs etc.).
- Filing invoices & special orders, organization of checkout area.
- Answer phones with enthusiasm.
- Cash register operations. This includes sales, special orders, ROA's, returns, item look-up.
- Customer service.
- Raincheck processing, stock returns, measure lumber, key cutting.
- Cashiers are expected to learn to identify building materials correctly so sales can be processed properly.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and cashiering.
- Must not have excessive schedule restrictions.
- Must be able to work 2-3 weekends a month.
- Must be able to work some evenings (till 7).
- Must be able to pass initial and random drug screening.
- Basic computer skills (POS) required.
- Must be able to work well with others.
