Essential Responsibilities:
- Certified Nursing Assistant performs or assists with treatments or procedures as per skills checklist and as delegated by the licensed nurse
- Certified Nursing Assistant responds to call lights and resident needs
- CNA assists resident in maintaining independence in activities of daily living (ADL)
- CNA assist in the transportation of residents/patients
- Certified Nursing Assistant obtains and records vital signs, weights, input, and output as needed
- Documents care provided in EPIC
- Assists in the maintenance of resident/patient room supplies
Qualifications:
- Current NJ CNA License
- BLS Certified with the AHA
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
