- Direct and optimize daily plant operations to exceed customer expectations
- Manage production, quality, and loading of finished products onto trucks
- Coordinate plant activities and develop production plans and budgets
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditures
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production operations
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and minimize production labor over time
- Maintain plant facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Provide leadership, training, and development to plant personnel
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with food safety standards
Requirements
- 3 years of manufacturing management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license in good standing
