As the food runner you ensure that guests receive their meals in a timely manner and receive the best service possible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 1 years previous fine dining service/private club environment experience required
- Food Handler's Certificate and TABC required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
