• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and ensure the smooth flow of seating in the dining area.
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and manage the waiting list.
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Assist with answering phones and taking reservations or to-go orders.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the Delegate's high standards.
• Proactively engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded during their visit.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the entire team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred 
• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment 
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure 
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays 
• Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation 
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
