We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at The Delegate Restaurant . As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Greet and engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly.
- Manage and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, including providing change and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including regular cleaning of counters, machines, and utensils.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- A passion for coffee and tea, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
