Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DOT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance with all DOT regulations and participating in Safety’s department to drive safety culture across all locations


Essential Job Duties:

  • Monitor and track driver qualification files (Driver’s License, Medical Cards, MVRs, Annual Reviews)
  • Work alongside Human Resources to onboard New DOT Employees (review applications, complete previous employment verifications, etc.)
  • Assist with DOT Drug/Alcohol testing requirements
  • Conduct regular audits within multiple systems to ensure accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or violations identified during audits
  • Provide support to management in regard to updated FMCSA regulations and Safety procedures
  • Update PERS with all location and management changes
  • Assist in Roadside Inspection & Driver Citation procedures
  • Other Admin responsibilities

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
