What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Internship - Summer 2023 position at ThompsonGas LLC?
What you can expect:
- Meeting Executive Leadership such as CEO, COO, CFO, and the General Counsel
- Meeting Vice Presidents and other corporate level leadership throughout the company
- An individualized project with presentation to leadership at the end of the internship period
- A comprehensive training schedule
- Follow up time with branch leadership as well as Human Resources
- Connection and collaboration with other ThompsonGas interns throughout the country
- Consideration for employment in the ThompsonGas Management Training Program, upon graduation
Education and Experience:
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled in relevant college level courses
- Must be able to commit to 10-week program
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of activity in clubs and organizations (leadership roles a plus)
- Customer Service or Sales experience a plus (i.e. retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
