What are the responsibilities and job description for the Router position at THOR Motor Coach?
Thor Motor Coach is hiring routers for our Elkhart Lamination Department. This position is responsible for prepping, cutting and inspecting laminated sidewalls as outlined by the blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Route windows, doors or walls
- Remove and discard openings
- Quality
- Move walls using a hoist
- Clean up area as needed

Requirements:
- Previous RV experience preferred
- Ability to work with fiberglass
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to use basic hand tools
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good attendance / work ethic
- Heavy lifting
