Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

• Actively promote safety as the company’s number one priority.

• Perform all standard painting functions.

• Provide any assistance necessary to ensure your team members work safely as well.

• Identify and properly use, inspect and maintain personal protective equipment, including but not limited to: boots, glasses, hardhat, gloves, face shield, goggles, leathers, earplugs.

• Ability to assist with developing and maintaining all equipment maintenance records in an organized manner as directed.

• Ability to assist with equipment maintenance, including washing and cleaning equipment as directed.

• Ability to clean up work area during and after completing jobs and know correct method of disposal of waste as directed.

• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

• Be willing and able to work a variety of schedules on-call, including dayshift, nightshift, weekend and holidays, and also be willing to travel and work out of town when necessary.

• Ability to assist with general duties as directed.

• Comply with all policies and procedures.
