Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment inventory/ordering of medical and office supplies
- Training and direction of all new staff, including medical assistants, surgery schedulers, and employees
- Answer patient concerns/complaints, escalate when needed
- General administrative tasks
- Weekly check-in meetings with providers to achieve goals and results
- Discuss open times in schedules, availability, and unlocked notes
- Conduct staff briefs daily
- Ensure the needed information and documentation is provided to support revenue cycle activities for office charts and operative reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years as a Medical Assistant in a physician office.
- Certification preferred
- Current BLS
- 3-5 years of clinical in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records systems required
- Previous leadership experience a plus.
