Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Managing finances, including budgets and payroll.
- Responsible for clinic scheduling oversight
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for resupply.
- Ensuring practice complies with industry regulations.
- Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Working as a team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.
Requirements:
- Hight School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of managing medical office
- Preferred: 1 year revenue cycle management
