Job Summary: Provide the highest quality of comprehensive functional and technical support to users of TCRH’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and information Systems in a multi-platform computer environment. Utilizes a broad range of experience and expertise in clinical processes and is able to identify applications to optimize the use of the EMR and information systems. Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems. Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures.
Minimal Requirements:
- Required: 3 years’ experience with EMR as it relates to hospital revenue cycle
- Preferred: 5 years’ experience with EMR as it relates to hospital revenue cycle
- Preferred: 1 years’ experience in EMR in areas such as building, configuration, main file maintenance (procedures, medications, decision support), and administration
- Preferred: Experience with various healthcare applications and/or informatics.
- Preferred: History of successful work as project lead in a hospital and/or clinical setting
- Required: On Call coverage for urgent and emergent issues
- Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement
