Dog Customer Care Associate

Three Dog Ranch in Whitefish, Montana is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our growing business. As a Customer Care Associate for Three Dog Ranch dog boarding, grooming and daycare you will play an important role in coordinating quality client experiences. Your day will include managing reservation requests and checking in doggy guests, processing daily operations via our software, and customer communication (answering phones, email and providing tours). You will also supervise kennel staff to ensure they are completing assigned tasks.

Additionally, you will handle our dog guests, ensuring they receive the best care possible. This includes working with dogs of all breeds and sizes – following feeding guidelines and making sure kennel suites are sanitized daily and the dogs get lots of love and play time.

Responsibilities

• Checking in and out customers
• Answering phones and customer inquires
• Feeding and medicating pets
• Supervising kennel attendants
• Bathing dogs
• Laundry
• Cleaning and sanitizing kennels
• Handling dogs
• Scoop poop and clean play yards

The right candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Pet care experience
• Be committed to continual learning – we will pay for training courses!
• Computer software knowledge
• General office procedures such as answering phones, greeting clients, onboarding guests
• Be on time for scheduled shifts
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Work well in a fast paced environment and be a team player
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50#
• Reliable transportation

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Part-time or Full-Time available. Must be available to work rotating weekends. Compensation is $15.50 - $18.00/hour DOE.
