At Three Fold, we take our noodles very seriously, but it’s the building of a healthful, flavorful and rooted food culture that’s our mainstay. Our purpose is to cultivate a taste for authentic food made with high quality, fresh ingredients; yet tradition is the root to everything we make. Our handmade dumplings draw on those made in the homes of Northeast China, our vibrantly flavored noodles from the street vendors.
Everything we serve is made fresh daily, which means we’re looking to hire a team of dumpling dunking, noodle slurping, wonton-loving people to get the job done.
As a member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn as you grow — develop your knowledge of Chinese culinary arts, polish your skills in customer service and propel yourself to the next level through each phase of your Three Fold career. Whether you have entry-level experience in the restaurant industry, or no experience at all, you can cultivate your working restaurant knowledge as an entry-level crew member and progress from there.
