Job Brief
Certified Alarm Technician Lead - The job duties of an alarm programmer technician revolve around the installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various alarm systems, including security alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems.
Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking services for nationwide remote alarm programming and help desk requirements in support of the FPS and the national operations of each MegaCenter.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinating work efforts as assigned, conducting operational oversight and management of the AHD which includes Remote Programming and the Data Department.
- Performing as Manager for the daily operations of the unit and conducts continuous quality review and performance observations to insure day to day operational effectiveness. Manages and reviews for quality assurance all assigned projects requested by Federal Management staff and Contract managers regarding operational needs.
- Receiving and responding to email requests from internal staff and external customers regarding project requests, AHD and Data Service Desk issues, personnel issues, and operational issues involving direction and or equipment needs.
- Attending all meetings and conference calls as a participant regarding operational functionality, direction, supervision, or strategic planning.
- Overseeing and performing Quality Assurance on the work conducted by MegaCenter resources.
- Reviewing criteria and standards for compliance and suggest solutions to areas of non-compliance.
- Providing a monthly report on all AHD service work accomplished during the previous month by the 5th business day of the month.
- The contractor shall have the AHD Manager meet the requirements of Certified Alarm Technician II, similar to that provided by Electronic Security Association (ESA).
- Perform the duties of the Contract Program Manager (contractor personnel) in their absence
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certification from one of the nationally accredited and recognized organizations
- Electronic Security Association (ESA)
- 7 to 10 years in the Alarm Industry with experience leading/managing a team

Salary : $71,300 - $90,300
