ENVROMENTAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR NEEDED IN PITTSFIELD, MA

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED!

The Environmental Services Supervisor will work under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department.

He / she assists with the development of departmental plans, policies, and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets.

Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies.

Requirements :

Effective communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively with staff.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent written skills.

Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes.

Experience Requirements :

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED - MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

2 years environmental services / housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting - required

Prior leadership / supervisory experience in a customer service / support service function - required
