Director of Marketing - USA Insulation

USA Insulation is the market leader in home insulation services.  With a proprietary and game-changing process, USA Insulation is poised for exponential growth.  We need a marketing leader who can help our franchise owners realize that growth through local, digital, social, and offline strategies, while exposing them to cutting edge marketing technologies to help facilitate that growth. This is a remote role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all marketing activities, campaigns, and outcomes
• Principal architect of brand, lead gen, and social strategies
• Consult with franchisees on developing and executing their marketing plans to help drive leads and brand awareness within their markets.
• Conducts or supports marketing onboarding and training for new franchise locations, as well as provides post-launch
• Manages a communications calendar with monthly/quarterly marketing updates and best practices
• Helps drive adoption of marketing tools and services among franchisees
• Trains locations on effective grassroots marketing programs such as local events
• Works with agencies to analyze performance of local marketing programs
• Responsible for driving brand reputation score goals
• Handles other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing marketing support to other departments when needed, processing monthly invoices, and generating KPI reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience
• Marketing experience in a franchise organization
• Hands-on experience in local, digital, and offline marketing
• Home services experience a plus
• Experience managing large and small agencies
• Strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
• Strong business writing and phone skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible/open to change
• Organized and effective time manager
• Infrequent travel (2-4x per year)
