Great Compensation Package:

Entry Level: First-year average earnings - $34,550 - $42,550

Experienced: Second-year average earnings - $45,775 - $68,550

Description

As an Events Promotions Assistant, your main responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable promotional events that meet quality expectations. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Greet and direct customers
• Generate sales leads and attract new customers at our events
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during the event
• Conduct pre-and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or a people-facing role (preferred)
• Track record of over-achieving
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
• Note all candidates will need to be over the age of 18
