Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret commercial retail, and office leases (including new lease executions, amendments, terminations, assignments, etc.)
- Abstract leases, translate and implement lease information into accounting software (Yardi)
- Calculate, prepare, and send periodic and year-end Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and real estate tax recovery billings
- Calculate, prepare, and send monthly invoices to Tenants
- Calculate, prepare, and send adjustments for CAM, insurance and tax based on budgeted reimbursements versus actual expenses
- Collaborate with other departments on the budgeting process
- Processes account adjustments and prepares account reconciliations
- Ensure lease obligations under lease are fulfilled by tenant, including collecting proper insurance documents, and verifying the owner is named as an additional insured.
- Responsible for identifying A/R issues, and work with site operations to resolve tenant A/R issues using sound judgement to develop recovery strategy
- Be the main point of contact of managing TI payments and gathering the proper documentation for any TI reimbursements per the lease agreement.
- Add notes and help prepare monthly reporting packages to add context to variances, etc.
- Attend owner meetings, as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field preferred but not required
- Experience working with Yardi Voyager/software and real estate management is a plus
- Excellent client/customer service
- Experience in a property management environment is highly desired
- Knowledge of monthly financial statement preparation
- proficiency in understanding tenant leases, data entry, time management, written and verbal communication
