The RN Medical Center Manager serves as a member of ThriVe's Medical Services team. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our Mobile OR Brick and Mortar Pregnancy Medical Centers. In this position, you will manage and oversee the delivery of all patient medical services at your center. This person will assist in developing/updating/implementing any pertinent medical protocols or additional services necessary to maintain best practices within clinical services. The RN Medical Center Manager is responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the paid/volunteer medical staff needed for delivery of patient and medical services at their location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for making sure that competent and compassionate care is provided for all patients.
• Assuring regulatory, legislative, and medical accuracy in all medical services offered at their center.
• Oversees and regularly reports to the Regional Manager Medical Centers on the impact and outcomes of Pregnancy Medical Center activity.
• Responsible for working with Regional Manager Medical Centers in developing programs that will enhance the services offered through the Pregnancy Medical Center as well as implementation and review of current programs regarding effectiveness.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Pregnancy Medical Center to include mapping and scheduling sites for mobile medical center operation.
• Responsible for building relationships with community officials in areas that the mobile medical center will operate.
• Assist in planning of the expanded medical services in cooperation with other staff.
• Work collaboratively with leadership team in strategic planning.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Qualified candidate should possess a degree in Nursing and be a licensed RN in good standing in the state of Missouri, B.S.N. preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years experience in doctor's office or clinical setting preferred. Training in gynecology or obstetrics desirable.
• Demonstrated success in multi-level management.
• Proven track record in working effectively with program managers and external affiliates such as community service agencies, schools and health organizations.
