Forever Friends Pet Crematorium is seeking a part-time Crematory Assistant to join our compassionate team!

Our Ideal Candidate:
An individual who pays great attention to detail, has strong communication skills, and recognizes the sensitive nature of the situation. Our goal is to fulfil the wishes of our pet owners during a difficult time. This part-time position would require working between 20-25 hours a week, Mondays-Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

Job Duties:
- Interacting in a professional manner with employees from referring hospitals and pet owners.
- Processing remains accurately, carefully, and safely to ensure clients wishes are met.
- Packaging of ashes for return to animal hospitals or pet owners.
- Driving company van to courier cremains, etc
- Entering cremation data daily.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid NYS Driver's License.
- NYS Cremation Certification is needed before any unsupervised operation of cremation equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, squatting, reaching, pulling, bending, standing, and walking throughout the day.
