This position will ideally be based in Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and be hybrid in office 2-days a week. Candidates based in other geographies across the U.
S. will also be considered for a remote role.

Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Support Specialist, you will be the front-line Supply Chain contact for our customers. This position is accountable for providing world class customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with Thrive employees, suppliers, and manufacturers.
They will demonstrate sound business acumen by knowing how to prioritize critical tasks. The position will promote synergy among all stakeholders of the global supply chain, including Legal, Support Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Medical Operations.
The Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist will also be responsible for administration of the department's ticketing system and intranet site.
Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Support Specialist is a critical point of contact within Thrive Pet Healthcare for our clinics as well as for suppliers doing business with or seeking to do business with the company and the entities it owns and operates.
Essential functions and basic duties are outlined below :
Responsible for accepting, reviewing, processing, and maintenance of customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner;
expediting where appropriate
For example : FedEx / UPS / USPS, merchant processing, banking, utilities, cable / telecom, security services, waste management, and distributors / suppliers
