· Number of Staff – 6 to 7 staff per shift
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs
o Night Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs
· Patient Ratios – 35-45 UOS
· Type of equipment – Servo, Hamilton, Airvo
· EMR – Meditech
· Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) –
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· RRT or CRT
· TX RCP
· At least one year of Adult experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· NICU experience
