What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrator position at Thrive West Central?
At Thrive the Executive Administrator operates independently, providing a wide range of high-level comprehensive administrative and operational support responsibilities. This position will function as an integral part of the Thrive executive and senior leadership team and will work independently on a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This position will report to the CEO and support four to five other senior leaders.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, is preferred.
- Four (4) years of administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives in a corporate or non-profit environment.
- Prior administrative experience within a C-Suite structure.
Competencies:
- Must be able to interpret and solve complex issues while managing and prioritizing multiple projects and time demands.
- Must possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality on organizational operations, client information, and any/all projects.
- Must have a proven professional and proactive demeanor, advocating for the agency, modeling and promoting acceptance and respect.
- Must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related platforms.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Must possess exceptional organizational, planning, interpersonal, and time management skills; must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must possess the ability to perform in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining a professional manner and establishing and maintaining cooperative and effective relationships.
