Thrivepoint Financial is searching for a Financial Planning Assistant who believes they can excel within a highly motivated and growing financial services firm. Essential Functions
· Works directly with all clients on service questions and changes, handling complex issues and problems with little or no advisor involvement. Maintains integrity of client asset record system and vendor lists. Interfaces with broker/dealer, brokerage, fund companies, custodians and insurance companies.
· Managing advisors’ calendars, including: scheduling client meetings, wholesaler meetings, team conferences, and time blocks for operations.
· Answering the phone in a highly professional and courteous manner
· Assisting in the preparation of client meeting materials and revision of documents
· Filing and retrieving documents utilizing Box document management system
· Develops CRM workflows to streamline business, create efficiencies, and easier supervision
· Must have excellent communication, technology, computer and organizational skills as well as the confidence and experience to prioritize and make sound decisions.
· Ordering office supplies and communicating with vendors
· Maintains defined system flows. Monitors status pending business. Acts as liaison with vendors, home office and clients. Ensures completion of business transactions and Investments: Assists with completion of investment and insurance paperwork. Maintains defined system flows.

· Assists the advisors in maintaining a compliant practice.
