Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations Clarkston, WA Job Opening: Prepper Reports To: Supervisor and Lead Paint Shop Starting wage: $19.20-$20.00 Position Summary: Team members will be responsible for preparing all boats for paint. Roles and Responsibilities: Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment. Grind, sand, polish, scotch bright, and tape all product moving through the paint department. Bondo® may be applied in some cases. Performs general housekeeping and maintenance May be required to perform other duties as needed Required and Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10 hour shifts. Ability to follow established safety processes. Detailed and organized. Self starter, team player with a good safety awareness. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment: Regularly required to work at heights on platforms, lifting parts and pieces up to 50 lbs, traveling up and down stairs on a constant basis, sitting, squatting and bending in various awkward positions for certain lengths of time - including working overhead, traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for a majority of the work day. Exposed to noise, dust, fumes and odors on a daily basis. Physical exertion is required.
