Position Overview
The Document Control specialist is responsible for maintaining the control of documents and records, creation and submission of PPAP packages, printing of TMI labels, and control of QMS records (internal audit, external audit, and management review).

Essential Functions
Accurate record retention
Accurate customer submission records
Maintain the document control system and ensure that documents are recalled and replaced.
Create and submit PPAP packages as required by customers
Print and cut Labels
Other duties as assigned
Work Experience
1 to 2 years
Knowledge of physical properties
Basic knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes
Strong problem solving skills
Computer Skills
Good communication skills
Must be able to comprehend and retain internal and regulatory requirements.
Must be able to distinguish between part numbers and sizes
Must understand and follow the quality policy and procedures
Must be able to interpret gages and the use of them.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position is required to be onsite daily
This position is primarily in an office environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
