Your responsibilities

We are looking to fill a Contract Administrator position in the Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the TMX Aerospace division. This position involves exposure to sensitive pricing information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Individual must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels inside and outside of the department to gather or convey relevant information, and establish and maintain confidential files and records. The successful candidate will present a professional appearance and demeanor and be very strong in the areas of anticipating needs, exercising high degree of initiative, and exhibiting advanced organization skills; under minimal supervision.

To be considered for this Job, you MUST have:

  • 4-years college degree or 0-2 years of applicable purchasing/inventory experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to complete projects as assigned with a minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects

Your profile

You'll be responsible for:

  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, acknowledgements, purchase orders, purchase order revisions, receipts and emails
  • manage several order status reports
  • filing & retrieval of documents
  • handle requests for information and data swiftly
  • resolve administrative problems and inquiries
