Maintenance Technician (Forge Team)
FULL-TIME
$23.56/hr
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the operation, adjustment, and maintenance of all forge line equipment.
- Operating machinery on forge line
- Providing necessary maintenance
- Maintaining record of machine downtime and corrective actions
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, updating and repairing malfunctioning plant equipment as well as plant building repairs within capabilities
- Performing routine mechanical or machining maintenance activities on equipment
- Participating in preventative maintenance program based on OEMs (Original Equipment Manuals) for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities
- Maintaining records of daily PM’s and readings such as emissions, dust collector, amp on blast wheels, and conductivity for water treat system
Schedule
Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 0 hours
Monday - Friday
