Corporate Social Responsibility The Corporate Social Responsibility job is responsible for the development and implementation of the philanthropic strategy through grants, corporate contributions and volunteer engagements to drive social impact that complements business objectives for a geographic region and an assigned line of business. Key Responsibilities and Duties Supports the geography and Line of Business by sourcing, evaluating, and structuring strategic partnerships with nonprofits to engage company volunteers to support signature Corporate Social Responsibility causes and the needs of the community. Maintains strong working relationships with nonprofits to maintain the company's reputation with regards to Corporate Social Responsibility. Designs external programmatic engagements such as sponsorships in close coordination with internal partners such as Communications, Gov Relations, and other Corporate Social Responsibility colleagues. Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to promote volunteerism and responsible business practices (sustainability, etc.). Provides leadership to the assigned Giving Councils and Volunteer Councils. Conducts grant proposal reviews, including financial analysis. Supports the Impact Grant process that advances the company’s impact and objectives in social impact. Educational Requirements University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience 5 Years Required; 7 Years PreferredPhysical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 8IC Required Experience: 5 years of experience working with employee volunteering and/or social impact grantmaking. Desired Experience: 5 years of experience using various platforms for broad communications (public speaking/media trained, social media, community relationships). Ability to work independently and influence while developing community partnerships is strongly preferred. Base Pay Range: $91,900/yr. - $153,100/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
