The Financial Wellness Solutions Director supports the management of strategic and business decisions related to financial wellness product or product group creation, development, positioning and marketing. This job contributes to the seamless delivery of key financial wellness initiatives, supporting a robust, integrated calendar of all releases impacting customers throughout their client journey. While establishing operational plans for their job area, this job assists with developing the business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product launch and life cycle management activities. Key Responsibilities and Duties Supports the direction of product release integration routines by maintaining an integrated calendar reflecting all changes impacting financial wellness customers and associates. Maintains integrated plans that track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across product releases. Prepares financial wellness solutions for process improvements, identifies new tools & technologies to release management integration practices by organizing agendas, minutes etc. Understands stakeholder's perspectives for financial wellness solutions, supports access & delivery of successful results aligned with overall business strategy & coordinated release management. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level financial wellness solutions professionals. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9IC QUALIFICATIONS Required: 5 years of Financial Services experience in Product Development, Product Management, Program Management, Innovation or Fintech. Preferred: 7 years of Financial Services experience in Product Development, Product Management, Program Management, Innovation or Fintech. Bachelor’s Degree Base Pay Range: $135,000/yr. - $225,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
