The Retirement Operations Analyst participates in providing operational services to retirement clients. Working under general supervision, this job is responsible for preparing reports and analysis related to the investment and management of capital on behalf of clients and/or the organization itself. Key Responsibilities and Duties Analyzes fund performance data and resolves administrative problems. Researches analytics data and follows up with other functional departments to answer ad-hoc client queries on a wide variety of investment, operational, compliance and regulatory topics. Liaises with Fund Managers in developing and oversees the implementation of support strategies to service existing clients. Prepares and delivers weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports to clients. Certifies that all individual trades and accounts have been reviewed and verified. Works closely with managers and develops solid relationships with clients.Educational Requirements University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience 2 Years Required; 3 Years PreferredPhysical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 6IC Key Responsibilities and Duties Planning and execution of on-boarding activities through internal scripts or IT resource Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementations Identifying potential issues or risks prior to any on-boarding transactional activity runs to prevent issues Problem solving when things reject or go wrong at time of implementation or down the line Continuous improvement through possible process changes, script enhancements, or reporting Train others and/or knowledge sharing Analyzes fund performance data and resolves administrative problems. OMNI/OAW Recordkeeping System Experience with Excel Ability to work with various business partners Ability to work independently. Preferred: Retirement Operations Experience TIAA product knowledge like R , Loans, Brokerage, TPA, and Loans. Some prior computer programming or scripting knowledge. Written and Communication Skills. Detail oriented University (Degree) Preferred Potential Salary: $63,700.00 USD Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
