TIBA Parking Systems is the FAAC Group Business Unit that develops, manufactures, installs, and provides after-sales services for TIBA Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems. With geographic expansion and growth through acquisitions, the company is experiencing cultural change and organizational opportunities. We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to join our Management Team in the Columbus, OH area

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, & develop all Technical Supervisors
- Responsible for project execution
- Ownership & communication of area profitability, revenue, operating profit, inventory and AR.
- Maintain accuracy in Autotask, our internal ticketing system.
- Manage area installations and project summaries.
- Coordinate all project activities with the HUB & TIBA Delivery Center.
- Coordinate with Area Commercial Manager to define area priorities, guidelines and maintenance contracts.
- Manage customer service and escalations.
- Software and hardware support for escalated matters.
Requirements:
- BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing technical teams, supporting IT environments.
- State of the art understanding of technology and how to best deploy it.
- Industry experience a must.
- Network certifications or relevant experience - CompTIA Network or CCNA preferred.
- Microsoft Certification - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred.
- SQL 2016 Database Development Certification preferred.
- Certifications in CSM, PMP or ITIL highly preferred.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies covering routers, switches, local area networks, wide area networks, and storage area networks.
- Experience with Microsoft server technologies, server operating systems (Windows).
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication along with organizational skills a must; ability to communicate on a technical level.
- Trouble-shooting capabilities on a technical level.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others.
- Experience to simultaneously manage multiple projects for a large portfolio of clients.
- Experience to lead a people agenda gained in a multi-territory or matrix environment.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
- Strongly self-motivated and ability to maintain working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
- Fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
