We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Manager to join our team. As a Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to promote the health and well-being of our employees. - Responsibilities:
- The wellness Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and implementation of all wellness services.
- The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for all service and sales transactions, guest check-in and out. Meevo booking and POS, closing and/or opening and reports.
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails professionally and quickly.
- Learn and implement all wellness offerings/modalities. Be the wellness expert ensuring the guests are safe and ensure their experiences are unique, elite, and memorable.
- Preferred (not mandatory) - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health promotion, exercise science, nutrition, hospitality)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- Proven experience conveying and educating guests leading to in both service programs and retail offerings.
- Upbeat, positive, and friendly demeanor is a requirement!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and self-motivate yourself.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using technology platforms for retail/point of sale and program management.
