Operations Manager

Join the team that is striving toward accessible renewable solar energy across the state of Massachusetts! As the Operations Manager for ACE Solar, you will be essential to day to day management and success for all solar projects, both residential and commercial, and internal operations. This is a hybrid position with flexible time in and out of office!

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and revise operational policies, guidelines, and trainings for the company
• Work with the Human Resources department to create job descriptions, hire personnel, oversee employee training programs, and implement staff evaluations
• Liaise with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance within all solar departments
• Ensure a smooth process is being followed and adjusted to maximize company efficiency and minimize overhead costs
• Supervise the solar control positions from different departments and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee client support services
• Provide acquisition, training, and relationship management of installation partners and company subcontractors
• Manage relationships and/or agreements with external partners and/or vendors
• Safeguard and augment the efficiency of ACE Solar's operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success
• Such other duties as determined by management of ACE Solar at its discretion

What we're looking for:

• Solar Edge and Enphase portal experience required
• 2 years of Solar Operations Management experience or similar role
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Knowledge with a wide range of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc)
• Strong skills in troubleshooting residential and commercial systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Previous experience managing people
• Valid and current Electrical License is a plus

Regular schedule is Monday - Friday.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
